1 - Attack: Two hand throat attack Defense: Step back, two hand swat down attacker's hands Step forward, forearm neck clinch Right knee, switching left knee Pull attacker down Right drop elbow to back of neck Square out 2 - Attack: Two hand bear hug front attack to shoulders Defense: Step forward, cross forearm outward knife strike to attackers forearm Forearm neck clinch Right knee Kick back pulling attacker down Right foot stomp to head Square out 3 - Attack: Grabs left shoulder Defense: Step in to the right Palm strike to the face Wrap and arm bar behind elbow with left arm Palm strike to the face Step behind attacker's right leg with your right leg Wrap right arm around throat, pushing attacker down and set into a horse stance Control arm (R) face punch (R) throat chop Figure 4 arm bar, lean back 4 - Attack: Two hand grab collar (lunch money) Defense: Draw back pulling attacker Turn to the left - with a downward right elbow strike to attacker's extended arms Grab attacker's right wrist with left hand (R) elbow to face (R) Snake grab attackers neck Bouncing right knee Stepping forward and pushing attacker away with right forearm against shoulder Square out 5 - Attack: Bear hug from back around arms Defense: Drop weight, spread out arms, butt punch Grab attackers right wrist with your left hand (R) inner back elbow Step forward, (R) downward hammer fist (to groin) Use right hand to grab attackers wrist from below Step forward, (R) back kick (to stomach) Square out 6 - Attack: Bear hug from back under arms Defense: Left elbow, right elbow to head Grab overlaying hand, push down to break grip Arch attacker's arm over you and pull up into a downward wrist lock (R) snap kick to face or front snap kick to ribs Square out 7 - Attack: Dual wrist grab when arms are in guard Defense: Left front kick Circle arms in and down against attackers' thumbs Right push kick Square out 8 - Attack: Dual wrist grab when arms are down Defense: Left front kick Circle arms in and up against attackers' thumbs Right roundhouse to knee Right sidekick to stomach Square out 9 - Attack: Left wrist grab, arm in down position Defense: Step in to the right Palm strike to the face (R) Knife strike with forearm to attacker's wrist (R) knife strike to neck (L) palm strike to face (R) cross to stomach (R) roundhouse to knee Square out 10 - Attack: Headlock (with attacker's right arm) Defense: Turn chin inward to avoid chock Grab neck of shirt or hair Step inside, hammer strike to knee Hammer strike to groin, ridge hand up to groin Pull head back, upper palm strike for leverage Shift left forearm around attackers throat and lean attacker backwards Sit into horse stance taking attacker down Hold attacker's right arm (R) face punch (R) throat chop Stand up, holding arm, snap kick to the ribs Pride Form Steps - click here Black Belt Power Form Steps - click here Black Belt Self Defense Techniques - click here |
